John Cross is a visionary executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across multiple industries. Specializing in Customer Excellence, John has led transformative initiatives that delivered measurable business impact—including managing portfolios with annual revenues up to $300 million, reducing SG&A costs by 37% while supporting revenue growth of 25%. His leadership has also shaped award-winning workplace cultures, earning recognition as one of Kentucky’s Best Places to Work for four consecutive years. Additionally, he spearheaded global scaling efforts that achieved $2.4 million in annual savings through technology and back-office enhancements. 

John holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of West Georgia and currently serves as Director of Field Operations at Barranco, where he continues to champion customer-focused transformation and sustainable growth. He and his wife Nicole reside in Georgia with their four children.
